摘 要:常压罐车是危险化学品的一种运输工具。常压罐车发生事故后造成的财产与人身损失不可估量。根据受力分析确定罐体受力的最大弯矩点及罐体强度的薄弱点,利用有限元分析软件SolidWorks对罐车进行模拟仿真,在静力学仿真受力图形中可直观地观察到罐体的最大变形量以及最大受力点。在有、无刚性破坏保护装置两种情况下分析了罐体的强度,表明保护装置能够减少罐车安全事故的发生。本文的分析结果可为改进产品质量提供依据,为制定相关标准提供参考。Atmospheric tank truck is one of the main means of transport of hazardous chemicals.The atmospheric pressure tank could cause a number of frequent accidents and the loss of state property is incalculable after accidents.Firstly,according to the force analysis,the maximum moment point and the weak point of the strength of the tank are determined,then,the tank car is simulated by using the finite element analysis software SolidWorks.The maximum deformation and the maximum stress point of the tank can be directly observed in the statics simulation force figure.By comparing two cases of cylinder body with or without rigid failure protection device,the effect of rigid failure protection device on the strength of tank is analyzed,reducing the occurrence of safety accidents.The analysis results provide a reliable basis for improving the quality of products and provide reference for the establishment of relevant standards.
