钢板内固定术在锁骨中段移位性骨折患者中的实施效果

摘　　要：目的:锁骨中段移位性骨折临床较为常见,传统保守治疗虽然通过复位固定等方法一定程度改善患者关节功能障碍,但闭合治疗移位性锁骨中段骨折患者易发生畸形愈合、关节功能障碍等并发症。本次研究探析钢板内固定术在锁骨中段移位性骨折患者中的实施效果。方法:选择2018年12月-2020年12月在我院就诊的锁骨中段移位性骨折患者中选取144例,根据治疗方法不同分为2组,对照组(72例)行非手术疗法,观察组(72例)行钢板内固定术,对比2组患者平均骨折愈合时间、治疗优良率、肩关节各项功能、生活质量水平、并发症发生率。结果:观察组平均骨折愈合时间少于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗优良率较对照组高,P<0.05;观察组肩关节各项功能好于对照组,P<0.05;观察组生活质量水平较对照组,P<0.05;观察组发生并发症的概率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:钢板内固定术在锁骨中段移位性患者治疗中效果显著,可有效减少恢复骨折端解剖部位,减少患者愈合时间,改善关节功能障碍,且并发症发生率低,具有较高临床应用价值。Objective:Displaced middle clavicular fractures are common in clinic.Although traditional conservative treatment can improve patients"joint dysfunction to some extent through reduction and fixation,patients with displaced middle clavicular fractures are prone to complications such as malunion and joint dysfunction.This study explores the effect of plate internal fixation in patients with displaced fractures of the middle clavicle.Methods:144 patients with displaced fractures of the middle clavicle in our hospital(selected from December 2018 to December 2020)were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(72 cases)received non-surgical treatment and the observation group(72 cases)received plate internal fixation.The average fracture healing time,excellent and good rate of treatment,various functions of shoulder joint,Quality of life score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The average fracture healing time in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The functions of shoulder joint in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plate internal fixation has a significant effect in the treatment of displaced patients in the middle clavicle.It can effectively reduce the recovery of the anatomical site of the fracture end,reduce the healing time of patients,improve joint dysfunction,and has a low incidence of complications.It has high clinical value.
