经肱三头肌两侧入路锁定钢板固定治疗肱骨远端C型骨折效果评价

摘　　要：目的::对经肱三头肌两侧入路行双锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨远端骨折的临床效果进行分析评价。方法:选取2018年6月1日-2020年6月12日我院20例肱骨远端骨折患者,随机分为2组,每组10例。观察组采用肘后切口肱三头肌两侧入路双锁定钢板内固定手术治疗,对照组采用肘后切口尺骨鹰嘴截骨双锁定钢板内固定手术治疗。分析术后患者肢体功能恢复情况及患者主观评价情况。结果:经过手术治疗后,20例患者的肢体运动功能均得到恢复,骨折愈合情况良好,其中观察组手术时间短于对照组,2组患者骨折愈合情况及功能恢复情况无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),但患者评价情况观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:2种手术方式治疗肱骨远端C型骨折效果相当,与截骨手术比较患者更易接受肱三头肌两侧入路手术方式。Objective:To investigated the clinical effect of internal fixation with double locking plates by triceps bilateral approach in the treatment of distal humerus fracture.Methods:Twenty patients with type C distal humerus fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,group A(n=10)and group B(n=10).In Group A,patients were treated with double locking plates internal fixation via bilateral triceps approach.In group B,patients were treated with double locking plates internal fixation by olecranon osteotomy.The recovery of limb function and subjective evaluation of patients were analyzed.Results:The operation time of group A was shorter than group B(P<0.05),and there was no significant statistical difference in fracture healing and functional recovery between the two groups(P>0.05).The patients subjective evaluation of group A was significantly positive than group B(P<0.05).Conclusions:The results of the two operations for type C distal humerus fracture are comparable,and patients are more likely to accept triceps bilateral approach than osteotomy.
