游离皮瓣修复创伤创面的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:分析游离皮瓣修复创伤创面的护理体会。方法:将2018年7月-2020年7月作为研究时间段,选取我院接诊且行游离皮瓣修复创伤创面的40例患者,另将随机数字表法作为分组依据,将全部病例分为对照组(提供常规护理,纳入20例)、观察组(提供预见性护理,纳入20例),对组间手术成功率、血管危象发生率、皮瓣坏死率、皮瓣体征评分展开分析。结果:(1)观察组手术成功率为95.00%,与对照组的90.00%无明显差异,P>0.05;但观察组血管危象发生率5.00%、皮瓣坏死率0.00%,低于对照组30.00%、25.00%<0.05;(2)观察组各时间点皮瓣体征评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在创伤创面患者行游离皮瓣修复治疗期间实施预见性护理,可以提高手术成功率,减少皮瓣坏死及血管危象,促进病患愈合,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the nursing experience of free skin flap to repair traumatic wounds.Methods:Taking July 2018 to July 2020 as the study time period,40 patients admitted to our hospital who underwent free flap repair of traumatic wounds during the period were selected,and the random number table method was used as the basis for grouping,and all cases were divided into two groups.The control group(provided routine care,including 20 cases)and the study group(provided predictive care,included 20 cases),the operation success rate,the incidence of vascular crisis,the rate of skin flap necrosis,and the score of skin flap signs were analyzed.Results:(1)The surgical success rate of the study group(95.00%)was not significantly different from that of the control group(90.00%),P>0.05,but the incidence of vascular crisis(5.00%)and flap necrosis rate(0.00%)in the study group Lower than the control group(30.00%)and(25.00%),P<0.05;(2)The flap sign scores of the study group at each time point were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Predictive nursing during free flap repair in trauma patients can improve the success rate of surgery,reduce flap necrosis and vascular crisis,and promote the healing of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
