摘 要:利用矩形波导TE10模式的电磁场特点,设计K波段螺旋线行波管夹持杆损耗量分布测量件,通过传输的方法对夹持杆的损耗参量进行微波意义上的测量。测量系统通过对S11和S21两个传输参量的运算,去除无功损耗的影响得出夹持杆衰减涂层损耗量沿轴分布规律。在K波段对加载两段衰减器的夹持杆样品进行了测量,得出的衰减量分布比直接测量电阻的方法更准确的反映了集中衰减器的损耗量分布规律,对于集中衰减器的设计具有指导意义。Based on the electromagnetic field characteristics of TE10 mode of rectangular waveguide,a loss distribution measurement module of clamping rod in K-band helix traveling wave tube is designed.The loss parameters of the clamping rod are measured in microwave by transmission method.The measurement system eliminates the influence of reflected loss by calculating two transmission parameters,S;and S;,and obtains the loss distribution of attenuation coating along the axis.A sample of the clamping rod loaded with two-stage attenuators is measured in K-band.The attenuation distribution obtained more accurately reflects the regularities of loss distribution of the attenuator than that obtained by directly measuring the resistance.It is of guiding significance to the design of the attenuator.
