摘 要:微粒制剂(纳米粒、微球、脂质体等)在临床上有独特的应用需求,能满足微粒特性及符合工业化的制备技术是研究热点。电喷雾技术是一种制备载药微粒的新技术,其可选择的制备方法多(单双通道及超临界流体制备)、可应用的材料范围广(刺激响应性聚合物、聚酯型及天然聚合物)、工艺因素简单(液料因素、装置、收集因素),是可应用于微粒开发的新选择。本文综述了电喷雾技术制备方法、材料、工艺参数等方面的研究进展,以期为微粒制备提供技术参考。Microparticle preparations( nanoparticles,microspheres,liposomes,etc.) have unique clinical application requirements. The preparation technology that can satisfy the characteristics of microparticles and meet the industrialization of microparticles is a research hot spot. Electrospray technology is a promising technology for the preparation of drug-carrying particles. There are many alternative preparation methods( single and double channels and supercritical fluid preparation),and a wide range of applicable materials( stimulus-responsive polymers,polyesterbased and natural polymer),simple process factors( liquid material factors,equipment,collection factors),which is a new choice that can be applied to the development of particles. This paper summarized the research progress of preparation methods,materials,and process parameters of electrospray technology,in order to provide technical reference for the preparation of particles.
