日本“物流共同化”对粤港澳大湾区共享物流建设的启示与借鉴

摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区的建设是我国目前经济发展中的一大重要课题,《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》更是指出了物流发展的重要性,而在物流发展新态势中,发源于日本物流共同化的共享物流占有重要的位置。基于既有理论研究以及案例的搜集、分析,总结出物流共同化可分为萌芽期、稳步发展期、快速发展期以及成熟期;并且将研究范围定位到同为世界级湾区的日本东京都市圈的物流共同化,得出其物流模式可以分为三个维度,即主体上的合作、区域上的合作以及运输工具上的合作。进一步得出以下启示与借鉴:将共享物流与区块链结合,推动共享物流的安全性和普及性;利用共享物流,加强供应链管理;通过对小区域共享物流的使用,缓解城市内物流高压。The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an important subject in China’s current economic development, and“the Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area”points out the importance of logistics development.In the development of the new situation of logistics, shared logistics that derive from joint logistics in Japan occupies an important position. Based on the existing theoretical research, as well as the collection and analyzes of cases, this paper summary the joint logistics of Japanese can be divided into germination period, steady development period,rapid development period and maturity period.In addition, the research scope is oriented to the joint logistics of Tokyo metropolitan area in Japan, which is also a world-class bay area. It is concluded that its logistics mode can be divided into three dimensions, namely, cooperation in the main body, cooperation in the region and cooperation in the means of transportation. And the following references and inspirations can be drawn as follows.firstly, combine shared logistics with blockchain to promote the security and popularity of shared logistics. Secondly, use shared logistics to strengthen supply chain management. Last but not least,the high pressure of logistics in cities can be alleviated through the use of shared logistics in small areas.
