摘 要:钢制安全壳(CV)是AP1000,CAP1400等非能动核电机组系统中独有的重要设备。文中针对抗拉强度下限655 MPa的新型钢制安全壳,在分析合金元素对熔敷金属性能影响的基础上,通过对焊条药皮中主要成分的选择和调整试验,成功研制了CaO-CaF;-SiO;碱性渣系、Mn-Ni-Mo合金系统的焊条PP-J657MnNiMo。随后,进行了焊条工艺性能试验,测试了熔敷金属化学成分、金相组织和力学性能。结果表明:研制的焊条工艺性能良好,金相组织为铁素体+贝氏体,熔敷金属化学成分及力学性能均满足设计要求,为新型钢制安全壳的焊接奠定了基础。Steel containment vessel( CV) is unique and important equipment in passive nuclear power unit systems such as AP1000 and CAP1400. Aiming at the new type of steel containment vessel with the lower limit of tensile strength of 655 MPa,based on the analysis of the influence of alloy elements on the properties of deposited metal,through the selection and adjustment test of the main components in the electrode coating,the manual electrode PP-J657Mn Ni Mo of Ca O-Ca F2-Si O2alkaline slag system and Mn-Ni-Mo alloy system was successfully developed. Then,the process performance test of electrode was carried out,and the chemical composition,metallographic structure and mechanical properties of deposited metal were tested. The results showed that the developed manual arc welding electrode had good process performance,and the metallographic structure was ferrite + bainite,the chemical composition and mechanical properties of deposited metal met the design requirements,which laid the foundation for the welding of new type of steel containment vessel.
