摘 要:核电站不锈钢管道进行钨极氩弧焊焊接时,对管道背面焊缝的保护尤为重要,采用管道焊接背面充氩的保护方式,不仅可以有效地避免背面焊缝在高温环境下氧化,提高管道焊接质量,还可以提高管道清洁度和光滑度。文中对管道背面焊缝充氩保护方式、保护装置制作安装及充氩方式特点进行了分析,介绍了充氩保护的质量控制要点,为后续同类型管道的焊接充氩保护提供参考和借鉴。In the tungsten argon arc welding of nuclear power plant stainless steel pipe,the protection of the back weld of the pipeline was particularly important. Using the back of the pipeline welding protection method filled with argon,not only could effectively avoid the back weld oxidation in high temperature environment and improve the quality of the pipeline welding weld,but also improve the cleanliness and smoothness of the pipeline. The argon filling protection mode and its characteristics of the back weld of the pipeline,the fabrication and installation of the protection device were analyzed in the paper. The quality control points of argon filling protection were introduced. It provided reference for the subsequent welding argon filling protection of the same type of pipeline.
