摘　　要：综合能源交易合同的拟定是综合能源业务的重要环节。通过对综合能源交易合同拟定工作现状的调研,针对人工统计分析的局限与大量数据项高效精准处理需求之间的矛盾,利用计算机语言(Visual Basic for Applications,VBA),开发编写综合能源业务合同管理插件。在实际使用中,能够减少基层业务人员拟定合同文本的工作量,在提高工作效率的同时有效降低差错率,优化电力营销工作方法,对综合能源交易合同的拟定有辅助作用。The formulation of comprehensive energy transaction contract is an important link of comprehensive energy business.Through the investigation on the current situation of the formulation of comprehensive energy transaction contract,aiming at the contradiction between the limitations of manual statistical analysis and the requirements for efficient and accurate processing of a large number of data items,the comprehensive energy business contract management plugin is developed and programmed by using computer language(Visual Basic for Applications,VBA).In practical use,it can reduce the workload of basic stuff in formulating contract text,effectively reduce the error rate while improving work efficiency,optimize power marketing working methods,and play an auxiliary role in the formulation of comprehensive energy transaction contract.
