摘 要:结合当前海上风电基础管理成果,将能源互联网海上风电定位技术与作业人员进入生产区域合规、准时、到位绑定,风机运维人员定位和检修作业“数据”要素关联到作业环境“感知”许可中,让监控中心实时掌控风机运维作业轨迹和工作正确性、及时性。利用边缘计算网关技术和AI视频监控联动,实现海上风电作业区块链环境感知管理。Combined with the current basic management achievements of offshore wind power,The Internet of Things offshore wind power positioning technology is bound with the compliance,punctuality and in-place entry of operators into the production area,and the"data"elements of wind turbine operation and maintenance personnel positioning and maintenance operations are associated with the"perception"permit of the working environment,so that the monitoring center can control the track of wind turbine operation and maintenance operations and the correctness and timeliness of work in real time.Using edge computing gateway technology and AI video surveillance linkage,the environment awareness management of offshore wind power operation blockchain is realized.
