摘　　要：腐败犯罪黑数较大是不争的事实,妨害了对腐败犯罪的惩治、廉洁风气的培养与公职人员法治意识的提高。腐败犯罪黑数的研究与治理是全面推进依法治国的必然要求。应基于腐败犯罪的特性,剖析腐败犯罪黑数的危害与成因,探索减少腐败犯罪黑数的多元路径。It is an indisputable fact that there are a large number of corruption crimes,which hinders the punishment of corruption crimes,the cultivation of a clean and honest atmosphere and the improvement of public officials’awareness of the rule of law.The research and governance of the black number of corruption crimes is the inevitable requirement of comprehensively promoting the rule of law.Based on the characteristics of corruption crime,this paper analyzes the harm and causes of the black number of corruption crime,and explores multiple ways to reduce the black number of corruption crime.
