摘　　要：超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱联用(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)技术已广泛应用于中药指纹图谱研究和质量评价中。对中药指纹图谱、UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术特征做了分析总结,综述了UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术在中药材和中药复方制剂指纹图谱、谱效关系研究方面的应用,并给出该技术的应用建议。Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)has been widely used in traditional chinese medicine fingerprint research and quality evaluation.This paper analyzes and summarizes the fingerprints of traditional chinese medicine and the technical characteristics of UPLC-Q-TOF-MS,reviews the application of UPLC-Q-TOF-MS in the research of fingerprints including chinese herbal medicines,chinese herbal compound preparations,spectrum-effect relationship.In addition suggestions for the application of this technology are given.
