摘 要:随着工业的发展,淡水资源供需矛盾不断突出,基于反渗透膜技术的海水淡化成为缓解水资源危机的重要途经。近年来,制膜材料与制膜技术不断进步,反渗透复合膜的制备方式与性能控制越来越精细化、准确化。同时,针对反渗透复合膜的结构特点,改性方法也不断增多。分别介绍了浸没相沉淀转化法、界面聚合法、等离子体聚合法三种制膜工艺与主要成膜机理。此外,探讨了界面聚合添加剂、无机纳米材料、表面接枝三种改性方法对反渗透复合膜性能的影响。最后,对反渗透复合膜的研究方向进行了展望。With the development of industry,the contradiction between supply and demand of fresh water resources has become increasingly prominent.Seawater desalination based on reverse osmosis(RO)membrane technology has become an important way to alleviate the crisis of water resources.In recent years,membrane materials and membrane technology have made great progress,and the preparation method and performance control of RO composite membrane have become more and more refined and accurate.The modification methods are increasing according to the structural characteristics of RO composite membrane.Three preparation methods and formation mechanisms were introduced including immersion precipitation phase inversion,interfacial polymerization and plasma polymerization.In addition,the effects of interfacial polymerization additives,inorganic nanomaterials and surface grafting on the properties of RO composite membranes were discussed.Finally,the research direction of RO composite membrane is prospected.
