摘　　要：以“有效样品率”作为烟用丝束取样质量的评价指标,在对抽样现状进行调查分析的基础上,发现了目测抽样长度不准确和丝束拉伸,是有效样品率低的主要症结。通过头脑风暴法、逐层分析法得到两个症结的11个末端原因。最终发现,缺少计长工具、取样板材质与丝束性质不匹配、取样板形状不合理,是3个对症结有较大影响的要因。从这三个方面着手,可以有效地解决目测抽样长度不准确和丝束拉伸的问题,从而提高烟用丝束抽样的有效样品率,进而提高烟用丝束抽样所得实验室样品的品质,确保丝束检测结果真是反应样品质量,实现烟用辅料样品的质量监控及指导生产,为提高抽样作业的规范性提供技术支撑。Taking“effective sample rate”as the evaluation index of sampling quality of tobacco filament,based on the investigation and analysis of sampling status,it is found that visual sampling length and tow stretching are the main sticking points of low effective sample rate.Further,through brainstorming and layer by layer analysis,10 terminal causes leading to the two sticking points were obtained and analyzed.In the end,it was found that the lack of measuring tools,the mismatch between the material of the sample and the nature of the tow,and the unreasonable shape of the sample were three important reasons that had a great impact on the sticking point.To sum up,this paper studies and analyzes the factors affecting the sampling quality of tobacco tow,and provides technical support for improving the standardization of sampling operation.
