摘 要:以KH550、KH560、KH792三种硅烷偶联剂对水性聚氨酯进行改性,合成了有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液(S-PUD),探究了改性前后的水性聚氨酯性能的变化。表征了乳液及涂膜的基本性能,如粒径、稳定性、铅笔硬度、吸水率、水接触角分析等。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对改性前后的水性聚氨酯进行结构表征,采用热重分析(TGA)研究了改性前后水性聚氨酯胶膜的热稳定性。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂成功接入水性聚氨酯链段中,改性后耐热性能提高,吸水率有不同程度的降低,水接触角增大。Waterborne polyurethane was modified with three silane coupling agents KH550,KH560 and KH792,and silicone modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion(S-PUD)was synthesized.The basic properties of emulsion and film were characterized,such as particle size,stability,pencil hardness,water absorption,contact Angle analysis,etc.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to characterize the structure of waterborne polyurethane films before and after modification,and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)was used to study the thermal stability of waterborne polyurethane films before and after modification.The results showed that The silane coupling agent was successfully inserted into the waterborne polyurethane chain segment.After modification,thermal stability is improved,water absorption is decreased and water contact angle is increased.
