摘 要:针对合成MCM-22分子筛使用剧毒的六亚甲基亚胺(HMI)为模板剂,无法实现大规模工业生产的问题,探索研究以哌啶(PI)为模板剂,合成了MCM-22分子筛。在前期研究的基础上,将MCM-22合成工艺进行放大,优化了合成条件,并对制备的MCM-22催化剂进行了表征和评价。结果表明,与100 mL的小反应釜相比,1000 mL和2000 mL的反应釜合成MCM-22分子筛时,其传质、传热均有一定程度的差异;放大反应釜中,晶化温度和晶化时间仍是较为重要的合成条件,搅拌桨形式对分子筛的晶化影响不大,较优的晶化条件为150℃,晶化3 d。与现有工业化催化剂相比,在质量空速2.5h^(-1)条件下,放大工艺制备的催化剂乙苯选择性为84.73%,比工业催化剂高2.87%。Aiming at the problem that the synthesis of MCM-22 molecular sieve can not achieve large-scale industrial production by using highly toxic hexamethylene imine(HMI)as template,the research group synthesized MCM-22 molecular sieve with piperidine(PI)as template in the early stage and made some progress.Based on the previous research of the research group,the pilot scale of MCM-22 synthesis process was carried out,and the synthesis conditions of the scale-up reactor were optimized;The prepared MCM-22 catalyst was characterized and the catalytic reaction was evaluated.The results show that the mass and heat transfer of MCM-22 molecular sieve synthesized in 1000 mL and 2000 ml enlarged reactors are different from that in 100 ml small reactor;In the enlarged reactor,the crystallization temperature and crystallization time are still important synthesis conditions.Under the conditions of this study,the better crystallization condition is 150℃crystallization for 3 days.If the time is too short,the crystallization is incomplete,and if the time is too long,the phenomenon of crystal form transformation will appear;The form of agitator in the enlarged reactor has little effect on the crystallization of molecular sieve.The purpose of stirring is mainly to make the heat and mass transfer of crystallization mother liquor uniform.Compared with the existing industrial catalysts,under the same space velocity 2.5h^(-1),the ethylbenzene selectivity of the amplification process is 84.73%,which is 2.87%percentage points higher than that of the industrial catalyst(81.86%).
