摘 要:纯Ti在种植体领域已被广泛应用,但仍受限于其弹性模量高、表面形貌单一等问题。采用表面机械研磨处理(surface mechanical attrition treatment,SMAT)与双酸酸蚀工艺成功制备出具有微纳表面的纯Ti。为了探究双酸酸蚀参数对SMAT纯Ti性能的影响,研究了试样的微观组织、亲疏水性、表面元素、生物相容性,利用正交试验法得到了SMAT纯Ti的最佳双酸处理工艺参数。结果表明,在3种酸蚀参数的共同作用下,试样表面的生物相容性显著地提高。通过能谱仪表征表明:试样表面经过双酸酸蚀后并未引入S、Cl等有害元素;随着酸蚀液浓度的增大和酸蚀温度的升高,试样的生物相容性明显提高;酸蚀液浓度的增大,使试样表面的孔洞呈现出了先增大后减小的变化趋势,而酸蚀温度的升高则使得试样表面孔洞的深度不断增加;最佳酸蚀参数为7.25 mol/L HCl与11.20 mol/L H_(2)SO_(4)、酸蚀时间为20 min、酸蚀温度为90℃,此时试样与水的接触角为63.5°,相对吸光度为5.243。Pure Ti has been widely used in the field of implants,but it is still limited by the problems of high elastic modulus,single surface morphology and so on.Pure Ti with micro-nano surface was successfully prepared by surface mechanical attrition treatment (SMAT) and double acid etching process.In order to explore the effect of double acid etching parameters on the properties of SMAT pure Ti,the microstructure,hydrophilicity,hydrophobicity,surface elements and biocompatibility of the samples were studied.The optimum parameters of double acid treatment process on SMAT pure Ti were obtained by orthogonal test.The results show that the biocompatibility of the sample surface is significantly improved under the combined action of three acid etching parameters.It is proved by energy spectrum instrument that harmful elements such as S and Cl are not introduced into the sample surface after double acid etching.With the increase of double acid concentration and etching temperature,the biocompatibility of the samples increase significantly.With the increase of acid etching solution concentration,the holes on the sample surface show a change trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while the increase of acid etching temperature increases the depth of holes on the sample surface.The optimum etching parameters are 7.25 mol/L HCl,11.20 mol/L H_(2)SO_(4),the etching time of 20 min and the etching temperature of 90℃.At this time,the contact angle between the sample and water is 63.5°and the sample’s relative absorbance is 5.243.
