摘  要:基于HyperMesh建立计算机辅助工程(computer aided engineering,CAE)模型并使用Optistruct进行求解,对放在定制检具上的零部件的实际受力进行仿真,得到零部件整体的受力情况与位移大小,从而验证检具基准点与检具结构。以汽车构件原始数据模型为输入,基于Tcl/Tk脚本,利用Hypermesh的应用程序编程接口(application programming interface,API)和Excel工具,编写了零部件重力仿真全流程自动化脚本,集成了包括网格划分、材料属性设置、边界条件设置、载荷施加、工况步创建等步骤。运用该脚本,避免手动输入大量信息,提高了分析结果的准确性和一致性,缩短企业优化检具定位点与定位基准方案设计的时间,为企业后续的开发工作积累经验。The computer aided engineering computer aided engineering(CAE) model is established based on HyperMesh and solved by Optistruct. The actual stress of the parts placed on the customized inspection tool is simulated to obtain the overall stress and displacement of the parts, so as to verify the benchmark point and structure of the inspection tool. Taking the original data model of automobile components as the input, based on Tcl/Tk script, using Hypermesh application programming interface(API) and excel tools, the whole process automation script of gravity simulation of parts was compiled,which integrated the steps of meshing, material attribute setting, boundary condition setting, load application, condition step creation and so on. Using this script, manually inputting a large amount of information was avoided, the accuracy and consistency of analysis results were improved, the time for enterprises to optimize the design of fixture positioning point and positioning benchmark scheme was shortened, and experience for subsequent enterprise development was accumulated.
