摘　　要：住宅地产展示区园林为中国房地产业蓬勃发展阶段所特有的园林形式,园林景观展示区短周期的建设运作模式给园林施工带来新的挑战。对住宅地产展示区园林景观施工现场质量精细化管理研究,运用全域视角,进行多尺度、多专业、多维度的精细化施工管理模式,从而提升风景园林整体景观质量。基于此,本文将结合广州中冶AH050406、AH050408地块项目售楼处展示区园林工程项目实践,对项目施工全过程精细化管理进行探讨,希望能够为今后的园林景观工程的精细化管理提供参考。The garden in the residential real estate exhibition area is a unique garden form in the vigorous development stage of China’s real estate industry.The short-term construction and operation mode of the garden landscape exhibition area brings new challenges to the garden construction.The refined management of the quality of the garden landscape construction site in the residential real estate exhibition area is studied,and the global perspective is used to carry out a multi-scale,multi-disciplinary and multi-dimensional refined construction management mode,so as to improve the overall landscape quality of landscape garden.Based on this condition,this article will discuss the refined management of the whole process of project construction in combination with the practice of Guangzhou MCC AH050406,AH050408 plot project sales office exhibition area landscape engineering project,hoping to provide reference for the refined management of landscape engineering in the future.
