摘  要:为研究顶升纠倾托换结构的受力性能及其与上部结构间的关系,对典型6层框架结构与不同高度托换结构进行整体受力分析,利用力学分析计算得到上部结构与托换结构的刚度,并与Abaqus有限元模拟结果进行对比。采用上部结构与不同刚度托换结构的组合模型,模拟得到顶升位移为6‰和8‰时不同刚度托换结构的整体受力情况,结果发现:上部结构受力主要集中在底层框架柱,且随着托换结构刚度的增加,上部结构和托换结构的应力先减小后增大,并出现应力集中的现象。当托换结构刚度与上部结构层均刚度相近时,结构整体受力最合理。依据上部结构与托换结构的刚度比值进行纠倾设计,可以减小整体结构在顶升过程中的受力,提高结构顶升的安全度。To study the mechanical performance of jacking rectification underpinning structure and its relationship with the superstructure, the overall stress analysis of a typical 6-story frame structure and its underpinning structures with different height are carried out. The stiffness of the superstructure and underpinning structure are obtained by mechanical analysis and calculation, and the results are compared with the Abaqus finite element simulation results. The combined models of upper structure and underpinning structure with different stiffness are selected, and the stress of the overall structural is simulated while the jacking displacement is 6 ‰ and 8 ‰. It is found that the stress of the upper structure is mainly concentrated in the bottom frame column, and the stress of the upper structure and underpinning structure firstly decreases and then increases with the increase of the stiffness of the underpinning structure, and there is stress concentration. While the stiffness of the underpinning structure is close to the average stiffness of the upper structure, the overall stress of the structure is the most reasonable. According to the stiffness ratio of the upper structure and the underpinning structure, the jacking rectification design can reduce the stress of the integral structure during the jacking process, the safety of the structure jacking can be improved.
