摘　　要：目的:观察王氏保赤丸穴位贴敷治疗混合痔患者术后排便困难的疗效。方法:将120例混合痔术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组给予王氏保赤丸穴位贴敷治疗,对照组给予聚乙二醇4000散口服治疗,观察两组术后排便情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组术后首次排便时间较早,首次排便粪便性状便质较软,排便频率更高,首次排便费力程度及排便后切口疼痛度更轻(均P<0.05)。结论:混合痔术后应用王氏保赤丸穴位贴敷可有效改善患者排便困难的症状,减轻排便疼痛,对提升患者的生活质量有重要的临床及现实意义。Objective:To observe the efficacy of the acupoint sticking therapy of Wangshi Baochi pill in the treatment of postoperative defecation difficulties in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:One hundred and twenty postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 60 cases each.The observation group was treated with Wangshi Baochi pill on Sheque point,while the control group was treated with macrogol 4000 powder.The condition of the postoperative defecation was observed.Results:The time for the first defecation was earlier,the stool trait of the first defecation was softer,the frequency of defecation was higher,and the degree of the efforts at the first defecation and the pain in incision after the first defecation was lighter in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Wangshi Baochi pill acupoint sticking therapy after mixed hemorrhoid surgery can effectively improve patients’symptoms of difficult defecation and relief the pain at defecation,which has important clinical and practical significance in improving the quality of life of patients.
