淀粉浴联合修复敷料治疗老年瘙痒症观察

摘　　要：目的 观察淀粉浴联合修复敷料治疗老年瘙痒症的疗效和安全性。方法 将入选的159例老年瘙痒症的患者随机分为3组,每组53例,除均给予抗组胺药外,对照1组给予医学护肤品冷敷保湿修复型敷料;对照2组给予淀粉浴治疗;治疗组给予淀粉浴联合冷敷保湿修复型敷料治疗。4周后观察判定疗效。结果 治疗后治疗组瘙痒总分(TSS)(1.34±1.82)优于对照1组(3.09±2.31)和对照2组(2.49±2.06),治疗2组优于治疗1组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后3组瘙痒积分均低于组内治疗前(8.09±2.06、7.62±1.55、7.51±1.72),差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组有效率(84.91%)、对照1组有效率(45.28%)、对照2组有效率(66.04%),治疗组优于对照1组和对照2组,对照2组有效率优于对照1组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。三组均未出现明显不良反应。结论 淀粉浴联合冷敷保湿修复敷料治疗老年瘙痒症安全、有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Starch bath combined with repair dressing for treatment of pruritus senilis. Methods A total case 159 pruritus senilis were randomly divided into three groups, 53 cases in each group. Control group 1 receiving cold compress moisturizing repair dressing;control group 2 receiving Starch bath;treatment group receiving starch bath combined with cold compress moisturizing repair dressing. In addition, all groups also receiving antihistamine drug. All patients were evaluated after 4 weeks treatment. Results After 4 weeks treatment, TSS were(1.34±1.82)in treatment group and(3.09±2.31)in control group 1 and(2.49±2.06)in control group 2. The treatment group was better than control group 1 and control group 2;control group 2 was better than control group 1. These differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, TSS of three groups were lower than those before treatment(8.09±2.06、7.62±1.55、7.51±1.72). Differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The efficiency rates were 84.91% in treatment group and 45.28% in control group 1 and 66.04% in control group 2.The treatment group was better than control group 1 and control group 2;control group 2 was better than control group 1. Differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the three groups. Conclusion Combination of Starch bath with repair dressing is safe and effective for treatment of pruritus senilis.
