摘　　要：目的 本研究基于对切开取栓联合球囊扩张治疗人工血管动静脉内瘘血栓形成临床资料的收集分析,评价其手术疗效。方法 回顾性分析2017年6月至2020年1月行切开取栓联合球囊扩张的18例人工血管动静脉内瘘血栓形成患者的临床资料,总结其一般资料、术中情况及术后随访,运用Kaplan-Meier生存分析评估患者术后通畅率。结果共纳入研究对象18例,其中男性11例,女性7例。18例患者均手术成功,技术成功100%,随访率100%。术后6月、9月、12月通畅率为77.8%;术后18月通畅率为66.7%;术后24月通畅率为61.1%。结论 切开取栓联合球囊扩张治疗人工血管动静脉内瘘血栓形成的临床疗效值得肯定,但此结论仍需循证研究进一步证实。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of open thrombectomy combined with balloon dilation in the treatment of arteriovenous fistula thrombosis with artificial vessels, based on the collection and analysis of clinical data. Methods The clinical data of18 patients of arteriovenous fistula thrombosis with artificial vessels who underwent open thrombectomy and balloon dilatation from June2017 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The general data, intraoperative conditions and postoperative follow-up were summarized. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to evaluate the patency rate of patients. Results A total of 18 subjects were included, including 11 males and 7 females. The operation was successful in all 18 patients, technical success rate was 100%, and the follow-up rate was 100%. The patency rate was 77.8% in 6, 9 and 12 months after operation, 66.7% in 18 months and 61.1% in 24months. Conclusion The clinical effect of thrombectomy combined with balloon dilation in the treatment of arteriovenous fistula thrombosis with artificial vessels is worthy of affirmation, but this conclusion still needs to be further confirmed by evidence-based research.
