摘  要:由于真空绝热板外部是由不透气的隔气膜包覆组成,其蒸汽透过系数几乎为零,用于外墙保温时,存在传湿问题,特别是严寒地区,冬季室内外温差较大,围护结构室内外蒸汽渗透压差大,室内湿气向室外传递速度快,真空绝热板的不透气性,阻止了湿气的正常传出,保温层与基墙界面容易出现冷凝现象,影响外保温系统的耐久性。因此,文中通过对围护结构进行冷凝计算,重点分析在STP板处与板缝处水蒸气分压的情况,研究不同墙体构造的实际水蒸气分压“P”线和饱和蒸汽分压“P_(s)”线,结果表明围护结构内部是否发生冷凝,从而保证系统传湿符合标准要求。Due to external vacuum insulation panel is composed of airtight film coated insulation,the steam through the coefficient is almost zero,used for exterior wall insulation,the wet problems,especially in cold region,winter in⁃door and outdoor temperature difference is bigger,palisade structure inside and outside of the steam osmotic pressure difference is big,the indoor humidity to outdoor transmission speed,gas impermeability of the vacuum insulation pan⁃el,to prevent moisture from normal,The interface between the insulation layer and the base wall is prone to condensa⁃tion,which affects the durability of the external insulation system.Therefore,through condensation calculation of the envelope structure,this paper focuses on the analysis of water vapor partial pressure at STP plate and plate joint,and studies the actual water vapor partial pressure"P"line and saturated steam partial pressure"P_(s)"line of different wall structures.The results show whether condensation occurs inside the envelope structure,so as to ensure that the system moisture transfer meets the standard requirements.
