摘　　要：城市中青年群体迫于住房压力选择小型住宅已经成为新趋势,要解决因为空间利用不合理造成的居住品质不达标的问题,应当从城市小型住宅使用者的心理特点及其个性需求出发,分析其住宅的设计要求和空间组合形式,总结城市小型住宅套型设计的方法与优化方向,为合理运用创新设计方法提升城市小型住宅居住品质提供参考。For urban young and middle-aged groups,it has become a new trend to choose small-sized residence due to the purchasing pressure.To solve the problem of substandard living quality caused by unreasonable use of the space,the design requirements and space combination forms were analyzed in terms of the psychological characteris⁃tics and individual needs of the users of the urban small-sized residence.The methods and design optimization of the urban small-sized residential suite were summarized to provide reference on the rational use of innovative design methods for improving the living quality of urban small-sized residence.
