摘 要:为研究“成熟度法”在混凝土土墙体收缩预测中的应用,以及墙体构造配筋率对墙体收缩性能的影响,文中首先应用有限元分析软件DIANA,采用综合考虑混凝土收缩、成熟度的建模方法,并与试验结果进行对比,结果表明综合考虑混凝土收缩、成熟度的建模方法有一定的准确性、可行性和安全性。其次,以某地下变电站工程混凝土墙体为工程基础进行不同构造配筋率下墙体的收缩应力分析,并在一定范围内,增加构造配筋有利于防治混凝土墙体施工期间收缩裂缝的发展。This paper studies the application of the maturity method in the shrinkage prediction of concrete soil wall,and the influence of reinforcement ratio of wall structure on the shrinkage performance of wall.The shrinkage and maturity of concrete were simulated by the finite element analysis software DIANA,the results of which were then compared with the experimental results.The results show that the numerical method considering the shrinkage and maturity of concrete has certain accuracy,feasibility,and safety.Taking the concrete wall of an underground substation project as the case,the shrinkage stress of the wall under different structural reinforcement ratio is ana⁃lyzed.In a certain range,increasing structural reinforcement is beneficial to prevent the development of shrinkage cracks during the construction of concrete walls.
