摘　　要：目的:探讨信息化管理平台的居家照护对患帕金森老人生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院治疗且符合研究标准的120例帕金森患者为探究主体,研究起止时间段为2019年12月-2020年12月,全部患者诊疗资料均完整保存且采取方便抽样法分组,将其中60例纳入参照组,予以该组患者常规护理,剩余60例患者纳入试验组,予以该组患者基于信息化管理平台的居家照护,研究结束后比较各组情绪状态、生活质量、神经功能、睡眠质量。结果:试验组护理后情绪状态(HAMD、HAMA)评分明显较参照组低,P<0.05;试验组各项SF-36评分均显著较参照组高,P<0.05;试验组各项SCOPA-AUT评分均明显较参照组低,P<0.05;试验组各项PSQI评分均明显较参照组低,P<0.05。结论:予以老年帕金森患者基于信息化管理平台的居家照护具显著的效果,可改善神经功能与睡眠质量,同时还可减轻心理负担,有利于提高患者生活质量,具有理想的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the influence of the home care of the information management platform on the quality of life of elderly patients with Parkinson disease.Methods:A total of 120 Parkinson disease patients who were treated in our hospital and met the study criteria were selected as the subjects.The start and end time of the study was from December 2019 to December 2020.All patients’diagnosis and treatment data were completely preserved and grouped by convenient sampling method.Among them,60 patients were included in the reference group,receiving routine care,and the remaining 60 patients were included in the experimental group,receiving home care based on the information management platform.After the study was completed,the emotional state,quality of life,neurological function and sleep quality of each group were compared.Results:The scores of emotional state(HAMD,HAMA)after nursing in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the scores of SF-36 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the scores of SCOPA-AUT in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the scores of PSQI in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The home care based on the information management platform for elderly patients with Parkinson disease has a significant effect,which can improve the neurological function and sleep quality,and simultaneously reduce the psychological burden,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of the patients,and has ideal clinical application value.
