摘 要:当飞机金属油箱在长时间的使用后,紧固件连接处由于长期承受载荷、振动及恶劣的油气环境导致密封性下降产生渗油或漏气,导致油箱气密及油密功能下降。同时由于设计时考虑不足,对于使用环境了解不全面以及制造过程中存在的偏差等原因,也会导致漏油现象。本文提出几种金属整体油箱的渗漏原因及密封检查方式,并通过分析渗漏情况、渗漏区域和渗漏程度,根据不同位置的渗漏提出检查方案和使用意见,并就整体油箱的设计制造给出建议。When the aircraft metal fuel tank is used for a long time,the tightness of the fastener connection decreases due to the long-term load,vibration and harsh oil and gas environment,resulting in oil leakage or air leakage and a decline in the airtightness and oil tightness of the fuel tank.At the same time,due to insufficient consideration in design,incomplete understanding of the use environment and deviations in the manufacturing process also cause oil leakage.This article proposes several leakage causes and airtightness inspection methods of metal integral fuel tanks,and by analyzing the leakage situation,leakage area and leakage degree,proposes inspection plans and usage opinions according to leakage at different locations,and discusses the design and manufacturing of the integral fuel tank.
