高频超声联合宽景成像技术在腘窝囊肿破裂诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声联合宽景成像技术在腘窝囊肿破裂诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年10月成武县人民医院56例超声诊断腘窝囊肿断裂患者的超声资料,以手术及病理结果为金标准,探讨高频超声联合宽景成像技术在腘窝囊肿破裂诊断中的应用价值。结果56例患者均以膝关节后方疼痛、不适或触及肿块就诊,最终接受手术治疗者43例,以手术探查结果为金标准,超声诊断符合41例,总体符合率95.3%(41/43),误诊2例,误诊率4.7%(2/43),均为肌间静脉内血栓形成。43例接受手术患者中,23例破入腓肠肌与比目鱼肌之间,18例破入腓肠肌表层、筋膜深方,3例合并腘静脉功能不全,1例囊肿破裂合并感染。结论高频超声联合宽景成像技术可对腘窝囊肿破裂进行明确诊断。【Objective】To explore the value of ultrasound imaging technology in the diagnosis of popliteal cyst rupture.【Methods】The ultrasound data of 56 patients with popliteal cyst rupture diagnosed by ultrasound in our hospital from January2019 to October 2021A were retrospectively analyzed.Taking the surgical and pathological results as the gold standard,the application value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with wide-view imaging technology in the diagnosis of popliteal cyst rupture.【Results】Fifty-six patients were treated for pain,discomfort or palpable mass behind the knee joint,and 43 patients were finally treated with surgery.The results of surgical exploration were used as the gold standard.Ultrasonic diagnosis was consistent in41 cases,and the overall coincidence rate was 95.3%(41/43).Misdiagnosis in 2 cases,the misdiagnosis rate was 4.7%(2/43),both of which were intramuscular intravenous thrombosis.【Conclusion】High-frequency ultrasound combined with wide-view imaging technology can clearly diagnose the rupture area of the popliteal cyst.
