摘  要:蒸汽发生器传热管是压水堆核电机组一回路承压边界的重要组成部分之一,合理的堵管准则不但能够保证传热管的完整性,而且能够最大限度地保持传热管堵管裕量,保证机组运行经济性。田湾核电站1号机组蒸汽发生器在役前检查期间发现多处传热管缺陷显示并实施堵管800余根,其余未达到堵管准则的缺陷显示已运行十余年,积累了大量运行期间的缺陷数据。本文以田湾核电站1号机组卧式蒸汽发生器传热管历年涡流检查数据为基础,通过对运行期间缺陷扩展速率和涡流不确定度的分析研究,结合爆破试验结果,给出了新确定的堵管准则结果,为机组后续运行奠定了基础。The steam generator is one of the most important equipment in nuclear power plant, reasonable plugging criteria can not only guarantee the integrity of heat transfer pipe, but also keep the amount of heat transfer pipe plug to the maximum extent and ensure the operation economy of the unit. During the pre service inspection of the steam generator of unit 1 of Tianwan nuclear power plant, multiple defects of heat transfer tubes were found, and more than 800 tubes were blocked. The remaining defects that did not meet the criteria for tube plugging have continued to operate for more than ten years, and a large number of defect data during operation have been accumulated. In this paper, through the discussion on the method of measurement SG tube plugging criteria, the two main factors that affect the SG tube plugging criteria are studied. And the calculating diagram was demonstrated as reference of horizontal steam generator with VVER type of Tianwan nuclear power plant.
