摘  要:以青岛地铁6号线创智谷站为例,提出了“分部台阶法-预应力锚杆”为核心的主动支护施工工法。主要得出以下结论:①提出分部台阶法开挖方案,预应力锚杆为核心的主动支护施工技术;②建立FLAC3D数值模型,证明主动支护提供径向应力改善围岩条件,有效控制了塑性区半径,减小掌子面的影响范围,降低地面的扰动区域;③主动支护体系拱顶沉降变形值最大为-5.0mm,锚杆轴力受开挖扰动低,围岩变形控制效果良好,初支结构安全储备高。Taking Qingdao Metro Line 6 Chuangzhi Valley Station as an example,the active support construction method with"divisional step method and prestressing anchor"as the core was proposed.The main conclusions are as follows:①The active support construction technology with the divisional step excavation scheme and prestressed anchor rod as the core is proposed;②The FLAC3D numerical model is established to prove that the active support provides radial stress to improve the surrounding rock conditions,effectively controls the radius of the plastic zone,reduces the influence range of the palm face,and reduces the ground disturbance area;③The maximum settlement deformation value of the vault of the active support system is-5.0mm,the axial force of anchor rod is disturbed by excavation,the deformation of surrounding rock is well controlled,and the safety reserve of primary support structure is high.
