摘 要:腐蚀是当今世界面临的迫切需要解决的问题,粉末渗锌工艺作为新型的防腐工艺,适用于路桥附属钢构件并能提高构件防腐性能。在不同的保温温度下对Q235B钢件进行了粉末包埋渗锌工艺处理,利用扫描电镜、显微硬度计和X射线衍射仪等分析技术分别对渗锌层的厚度、形貌、显微硬度及废渗料的物相组成进行了表征。结果表明:保温温度对渗锌层表面的宏观形貌和渗层厚度影响较大,渗锌层厚度随保温温度的升高而增加,当保温温度在380~450℃时,渗锌层宏观表面均匀,该温度场下的渗层质量较佳。Corrosion is an urgent problem to be solved in the world today.As a new anti-corrosion technology,the powder sherardizing process is suitable for improving the anti-corrosion performance of attached steel parts of roads and bridges.Q235B steel was treated with static embedding powder sherardizing at different temperatures.The thickness,morphology,microhardness of the zinc-coated layer,and phase composition of waste material were characterized by SEM,microhardness and XRD technology.The results show that the thermal insulation temperature has a great influence on the surface morphology and thickness of the zinc-coated layer,and the thickness of the zinc-coated layer increases with the increasement of the thermal insulation temperature.When the thermal insulation temperature is between 380℃and 450℃,the surface of the zinc-coated layer is uniform,and the quality of the zinccoated layer is better under this temperature field.
