摘　　要：目的探讨持续性人文关怀对新生儿重症监护室(NICU)早产儿母亲心理状态的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2019年12月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院NICU治疗的95例早产儿及其母亲,采用随机数字表法分为对照组47例和观察组48例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上结合持续性人文关怀护理;比较两组早产儿母亲干预前、后广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)评分、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EP-DS)评分、中文版育儿胜任感量表(C-PS0C)评分以及护理满意度情况。结果干预后,两组CAD-7、EPDS评分均较干预前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组C-PSOC量表的效能维度、满意度维度及总分均较干预前显著增加(P<0.05),且观察组改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组早产儿母亲护理满意情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续性人文关怀护理有助于改善NICU早产儿母亲的心理状况,降低早产儿母亲焦虑、抑郁水平,提高其育儿胜任感。Objective To explore the effects of continuous humanistic care on maternal psychological status of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods From April 2019 to December 2019,95 prema-ture infants who were treated in NICU of the hospital and their mothers were enrolled.They were divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(48 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given rou-tine nursing,while the observation group was additionally given continuous humanistic care.The scores of Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7),Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS),Chinese Parenting Sense of Com-petence Scale(C-PSOC)and nursing satisfaction of their mothers before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of GAD-7 and EPDS in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The eficiency dimension,satisfaction dimension and total score of C-PSOC scale in both groups were significantly in-creased compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was signifi-cantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of their mothers in the observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous humanistic care is beneficial to improve maternal psychological status of premature infants in NICU,alleviate their anxiety and depression,and in-crease their feeling of parenting competence.
