摘 要:目的探讨多元化健康教育在远端胰腺切除术后护理中的应用及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月在海军军医大学第一附属医院(长海医院)胰腺肝胆外科接受远端胰腺切除术的患者260例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各130例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用多元化健康教育指导。结果干预前两组患者满意度、健康知识了解度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组满意度、健康知识了解度评分明显升高,且研究组满意度、健康知识了解度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组SAS、SDS评分明显降低,且研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康以及总体健康等生活质量指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在远端胰腺切除术后护理中应用多元化健康教育指导效果理想,可有效促进患者对健康知识的了解,增强患者对后续治疗的配合度,进而使患者生活质量得到改善。Objective To explore the application of diversified health education in postoperative care of distal pancreatectomy and its influence on patients' quality of life.Methods A total of 260 patients who underwent distal pancreatectomy in the department of pancreatic hepatobiliary surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Military Medical University(Changhai Hospital)from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 130 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received diversified health education guidance.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in patients"satisfaction and health knowledge understanding score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the satisfaction degree and health knowledge understanding score of the two groups increased significantly,and the satisfaction degree and health knowledge understanding score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,mental health and general health of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of diversified health education guidance in the care of distal pancreatectomy has an ideal effect,which can effectively promote patients' understanding of health knowledge,enhance patients' cooperation for follow-up treatment,and improve patients' quality of life.
