摘  要:通过对城市湖水的藻菌富集挂膜得到藻菌生物膜,研究生物膜在不同条件下对含Cu^(2+)废水的处理效果及其胞外聚合物(EPS)的变化,验证其连续处理含Cu^(2+)废水应用的可行性。结果表明:该生物膜对Cu^(2+)的耐受值达15mg/L,当pH值为5,温度为35℃时处理效果最佳;生物膜对Cu^(2+)的吸附在24 h时可近似达到平衡,Cu^(2+)吸附量和去除率分别为2.303 mg和57.59%;同时,生物膜连续处理ρ(Cu^(2+))为16 mg/L的模拟废水具有良好的稳定性,50 d时的去除率约为95%;藻菌生物膜通过合成多聚糖来抵抗胁迫环境,但整体而言,胞外聚合物含量随受胁迫程度的增加而降低。研究显示藻菌生物膜对低浓度含Cu^(2+)废水具有良好的处理效果,具备一定实际应用前景。The effect of the algae biofilm on the treatment of copper-containing wastewater and the change of extracellular polymer(EPS)under different conditions were studied and through continuous treatment of copper-containing wastewater to verify the feasibility of the application of algae biofilm.The algae biofilm is obtained by enriching the algae from urban lake water and hanging the film.The results showed that the tolerance value of the biofilm to Cu^(2+)reached 15 mg/L.When the pH was 5 and the temperature was 35℃,biofilm has the best effect on copper-containing wastewater treatment.The adsorption of Cu^(2+)by the biofilm can reach equilibrium at 24 h,and the adsorption and removal rate of Cu^(2+)reach 2.303 mg and 57.59%,respectively.At the same time,the biofilm continuously treats the simulated wastewater with Cu^(2+)concentration was 16 mg/L,which has good stability,and the removal rate at 50 days is about 95%.Algal biofilms resist stress environments by synthesizing polysaccharides.However,the content of extracellular polymers decreases with increasing stress.Studies have shown that the algae biofilm has a good treatment effect on low-concentration copper-containing wastewater,and has certain practical application prospects.
