摘  要:通过采用固相萃取—高效液相色谱质谱法对环境水样中的18种沙星类化合物进行分析,并比较了4种不同固相萃取柱的富集和净化影响。分析结果表明:该方法简单、灵敏度高,可满足环境水样中18种沙星类化合物的检测应用。使用HLB固相萃取柱效果较好,其18种沙星类化合物的方法回收率为31.9%~134.2%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~48.5%,方法检出限为0.0053~0.0782μg/L。同时,对C3N4固相萃取填料在沙星类化合物萃取应用进行了初步探讨。A method for solid phase extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for 18 kinds floxacin compounds in environmental water samples was established.The enrichment and purification effects of four different solid-phase extraction columns were also compared.The analysis results show that the method is simple and sensitive,which can be satisfied with testing requirements of the application of detection of 18 kinds of floxacin compounds in environmental water samples.Better results were obtained while HLB was used as extraction column.Under the optimized condition,the method recoveries of 18 kinds of floxacin compounds were 31.9%~105.1%,accompanied by the relative standard deviations of 0.8%~48.5%.The detection limits were 0.0053~0.0782μg/L.Moreover,the application of C3N4solid phase extraction filler in the extraction of floxacin compounds was preliminary discussed.
