摘 要:目的探讨两种麻醉方法对大鼠盲肠结扎穿孔术(Cecal ligation-peferation,CLP)脓毒症模型的影响。方法60只健康雄性SD大鼠按随机数字表法分成2组,每组30只,分别采用传统戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射(T组)和利多卡因、阿托品、咪达唑仑麻醉复合剂(E组)腹腔注射的方法进行麻醉,采用盲肠结扎穿孔术制备脓毒症模型,观察两组大鼠麻醉起效时间、麻醉维持时间、苏醒时间,比较两组大鼠麻醉过程中相关生理指标及生命体征的差异。结果戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射组与利多卡因麻醉复合剂组相比,麻醉诱导时间、维持时间及苏醒时间均较长[(3.07±0.32)min,(67.03±5.09)min,(33.73±3.92)min;(1.37±0.28)min,(36.17±3.58)min,(11.50±2.76)min];心率及呼吸频率均较高[(180±4)次/分,(82±3)次/分;(177±2)次/分,(76±2)次/分]。结论建立大鼠CLP模型时,利多卡因麻醉复合剂(E组)腹腔注射的麻醉方法对大鼠相关生理指标影响小,循环呼吸更稳定,麻醉诱导速度快,苏醒快,可优先选择。Objective To investigate the effects of different anesthesia methods on the sepsis model of cecal ligation-peferation(CLP)in rats.Methods Sixty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups,30 rats in each group.They were injected intraperitoneally with pentobarbital sodium(group T)and lidocaine,atropine,and midazolam(group E).In the anesthesia method of intraperitoneal injection of compound(group E),sepsis model was established by cecal ligation and puncture.The anesthesia time,anesthesia maintenance time and recovery time of the two groups were observed.The differences of related physiological indexes and vital signs during anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the lidocaine anesthesia group,the anesthesia induction time,maintenance time and recovery time were longer in the intraperitoneal injection group of pentobarbital sodium[(3.07±0.32)min,(67.03±5.09)min,(33.73±3.92)min,(1.37±0.28)min,(36.17±3.58)min,(11.50±2.76)min.Heart rate and respiratory rate were also higher[(180±4)beats/min,(82±3)times/min,(177±2)times/min,(76±2)times/min].Conclusions When establishing the CLP model of rats,the anesthesia method of intraperitoneal injection of lidocaine anesthesia complex(group E)has little effect on the physiological indexes of rats,and the circulation is more stable.The induction of anesthesia and the recovery are fast.
