摘　　要：目的评价自我研制的胆总管通畅管在腹腔镜胆总管切开取石一期缝合术中应用的安全性、适应证、有效性。方法对术中应用自我研制的胆总管通畅管进行手术的胆总管切开取石一期缝合的37例胆总管结石患者(合并或不合并胆囊结石)总结分析其安全性、有效性、适应证及并发症。结果所有患者顺利完成手术、无安全事故发生。术后无胆漏、胆道残石、胆道狭窄、内出血及胰腺炎等并发症。结论胆总管通畅管在腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术中的应用时安全、有效,可能降低该术式的胆漏发生率、残余结石率、出血等并发症,值得在临床应用和推广。Objective To evaluate the safety,effect and indication of the pipe to drainage common bile duct in the Laparoscopic choledocholithotomy and primary suture.Methods Thirty-seven patients with choledocholithiasis(some patients also had cholecystolithiasis)underwent choledocholithotomy and primary suture with self-developed patent tube.The safety,effect,indication and complication were analyzed.Results All operations were successfully completed in patients without any safety incidents.There were no postoperative complications such as biliary leakage,remnant stone,biliary stricture,internal bleeding and pancreatitis.Conclusions According to existing studies,it is effective and safe to use common bile duct patency in laparoscopic choledocholithotomy.It is helpful to reduce the incidence of biliary leakage,remnant stone,biliary stricture,internal bleeding and other complications.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
