摘 要:目的通过护理硕士专业学位研究生的临床实践调研,了解新疆护理硕士专业学位研究生(MNS)临床实践基地的师资能力、教学管理与实践效果。方法设计《MNS临床实践体验及实践基地建设调查问卷》和《护理研究生临床带教老师现况调查问卷》,对新疆某三级甲等医院2019年及2020年临床实践的护理硕士专业学位研究生22人,临床科室研究生带教老师67人,采用问卷形式进行调查。结果临床基地师资结构以中级职称及以上和护士长为主,硕士学历师资偏低占9.09%;教学方式以操作实践为主,占90.91%,而独立讲座、讨论发言、参与疑难病例讨论为36.36%;学生的临床护理技能水平提升,占90.91%,而表达能力、临床思维考核等能力薄弱,均在45%以下;研究生自我价值体验感低占50%。结论师资能力建设是MNS培养质量的关键,注重临床实践思维培养的教学管理,侧重MNS实践水平的评估是MNS临床实践基地培养发展的方向。Objective To understand the teaching ability,teaching management and practice effect of clinical practice base for Master of Nursing(MNS)in Xinjiang through clinical practice survey of master of nursing graduate students.Method Designed the"MNS Clinical Practice Experience and Practice Base Construction Questionnaire"and"Questionnaire on the Status of Nursing Postgraduate Clinical Teachers",and surveyed 22 nursing master’s degree graduate students in clinical practice in a tertiary first-class hospital in Xinjiang in 2019 and 2020,67 postgraduate teachers in the clinical department were surveyed by questionnaire.Results The teacher structure of clinical base was mainly intermediate professional title or above and head nurse,and 9.09%of teachers with master degree were low.The main teaching methods were operation and practice,accounting for 90.91%,while 36.36%were independent lectures,discussion speeches and participation in the discussion of difficult cases.Students’clinical nursing skills improved,accounting for90.91%,while their expression ability,clinical thinking assessment and other abilities were weak,both below 45%;The self-worth experience of graduate students is 50%lower.Conclusion The construction of faculty capacity is the key to the quality of MNS training.Focusing on the teaching management of the training of clinical practice thinking and the evaluation of MNS practice level is the direction of the development of MNS clinical practice base in Xinjiang.
