热灭活处理样本对新型冠状病毒肺炎相关实验室检测指标的影响

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎的筛查、诊断、病情监测及预后复发等都离不开临床实验室检测,新冠病毒肺炎患者的各种实验室检测样本中均可能存在新型冠状病毒,面对可能存在的实验室内新型冠状病毒气溶胶传播风险,在样本检测之前采用热灭活处理样本是降低实验室内感染的一种简单有效的措施。但热灭活处理样本是否对下一步的检测结果产生影响,还需要对热灭活前后样本的检测结果进行比较分析。本文通过分析国内外采用热灭活处理临床样本的研究报道,对热灭活后临床实验室新型冠状病毒肺炎相关检测指标是否有影响作一简单综述。The screening,diagnosis,condition monitoring and prognostic recurrence of new coronavirus pneumonia are inseparable from clinical laboratory testing.There may be new coronaviruses in various laboratory test samples of patients with new coronavirus pneumonia.In the face of the possible risk of aerosol transmission of new coronaviruses in the laboratory,heat inactivation of the samples before sample testing is to reduce the laboratory A simple and effective measure for internal infection.However,whether the heat-inactivated samples will affect the test results of the next laboratory test items,it is also necessary to compare and analyze the test results of the samples before and after the heat inactivation.This article analyzes the domestic and foreign research reports on the use of heat inactivation to process clinical samples,and makes a brief review of whether there is an impact on the new coronavirus pneumonia-related detection indicators in clinical laboratories after heat inactivation.
