安徽省飞行实验检查出现1例HBsAg阳性的调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析2021年安庆市红十字中心血站参加省飞行抽样中出现1例阳性HBV的原因,识别问题追踪实验过程并采取相应的改进措施。方法按照操作规程分析导致阴性样本出现阳性的原因,对实验结果数据进行追溯。结果导致阳性样本的原因是实验过程中血型自动加样仪器的加样针拖带污染现象。结论及时采取纠正措施,总结经验,全面提高实验室的质量,规范管理,严格按照操作规程使用操作仪器,认真清洗维护仪器的日常,加强工作人员的培训工作。Objective To analyze the causes of one positive HBV in the provincial flight sampling in 2021,identify the problems,track the experimental process and take corresponding improvement measures.Methods According to the operation procedures,the causes of negative samples were analyzed and the experimental data were traced back.Results The positive sample was caused by the contamination of the blood type automatic sample adding apparatus.Conclusion Take corrective measures in time,sum up the experience,improve the quality of the laboratory comprehensively,standardize the management,use the operating instruments in strict accordance with the operating rules,clean and maintain the instruments carefully,and strengthen the training of staff.
