摘  要:针对铁北煤矿开采Ⅱ_(3b)煤层后可能导致新开河河道沉陷,引起河水倒流、防洪堤坝失稳等一系列问题,根据已有地质资料及开采条件进行研究分析,对铁北煤矿Ⅱ_(3b)煤层覆岩破坏高度和导水裂缝带高度进行计算,确定开采期间形成的导水裂缝带不会成为工作面充水通道。通过对采动引起的地表移动变形情况进行预计分析并统计新开河堤坝的移动变形值,结果表明,铁北煤矿采后会造成新开河河道及东、西大堤沉陷变形严重,基本不具备防洪性能及水系连通性能,需对堤坝进行与开采同步的加固处理,并提出具体加固治理措施。Aiming at a series of problems such as Xinkai river subsidence,river backflow and flood control dam instability after mining Ⅱ_(3b)coal seam in Tiebei coal mine,based on the existing geological data and mining conditions,the damage height of overburden rock and the height of water-conducting fracture zone in Ⅱ_(3b)coal seam of Tiebei coal mine were calculated.It was determined that the waterconducting fracture zone formed during mining will not become the water-filling channel of working face.By surface movement deformation caused by mining was expected to analysis and statistical Xingkaihe dam deformation value,the results showed that Tiebei mine after coal mining causes the Xinkai river north and east,and west dike subsidence deformation was serious,basically do not have flood control and drainage connected properties,requires synchronization with mining for dam reinforcement,and puts forward concrete reinforcement measures.
