大倾角中厚煤层采区巷道围岩稳定性分析

摘　　要：在高地应力和采动影响下,大倾角煤层采区巷道矿压显现突出,存在顶板垮落、片帮、底鼓、支架弯曲大变形、锚杆拉断等现象。以石洞沟煤矿31321、31325工作面运输巷为研究对象,现场监测了巷道围岩完整性、塑性区、松动圈、变形量,理论估算了巷道的变形量,研究得出:采区巷道松动区、塑性区范围为2.5 m;巷道在采动影响下侧帮及顶板均属于Ⅲ类中松动圈一般围岩,未受采动影响下巷道侧帮及顶板均属于Ⅱ类中松动圈较稳定围岩,采动形成的煤壁前方支承压力降低了围岩的等级;巷道开挖后改变了原岩应力场,围岩产生变形,变形可分为3个阶段,2个月左右逐渐趋于稳定,且可理论计算巷道的变形量。Under the influence of high ground stress and mining,the strata behavior of roadway in large inclination coal seam mining area is prominent,and there are phenomena such as roof caving,rib spalling,floor heave,large deformation of support bending,and bolt breaking.Taking the transportation roadway of 31321 and 31325 working faces in Shidonggou coal mine as the research object,the integrity of surrounding rock,plastic zone,loose circle and deformation of roadway were monitored on site,and the deformation of roadway was theoretically estimated.The study shows that the range of loose zone and plastic zone of roadway in mining area is 2.5 m.Under the influence of mining,the sidewall and roof of the roadway belong to the general surrounding rock of the loose circle in class Ⅲ.Without the influence of mining,the sidewall and roof of the roadway belong to the relatively stable surrounding rock of the loose circle in class Ⅱ.The abutment pressure in front of the coal wall formed by mining reduces the grade of the surrounding rock.The stress field of the original rock is changed after the excavation of the roadway,and the surrounding rock is deformed.The deformation can be divided into three stages,and gradually tends to be stable around two months,and the deformation of the roadway can be calculated theoretically.
