摘 要:针对陕西某矿4206孤岛工作面在回采过程矿压显现剧烈、工作面支架压力大以及煤柱片帮严重的现象,采用理论方法并结合现场实际情况进行了顺槽顶板走向松动爆破设计,提出了对受二次动压的顺槽在采空侧进行卸压,对于非二次动压顺槽在实体煤侧卸压的卸压方案。通过微震监测系统的监测指标,对卸压前后的顶板走向爆破效果进行了分析对比。结果表明:爆破后地压事件发生频率降低,平均地压事件数由190.05次/d,降低为170.5次/d。爆破后微震能量降低,平均微震能量由1.69×10^(6)J/d,降低为9.32×10^(5)J/d。顶板走向爆破卸压后地压事件频率和能量释放下降显著,取得了较好的卸压效果。验证了卸压方案的有效性,降低了顺槽受动载扰动的影响。In view of the phenomenon that 4206 isolated island working face of a mine in Shaanxi province has severe mine pressure behavior,high support pressure and serious coal pillar spalling during the mining process,the blasting design of gateway roof strike loosening is carried out by using theoretical method and combining with the actual situation of the site,and the pressure relief of the gateway under the secondary dynamic pressure at the goaf side is proposed,for the non secondary dynamic pressure chute,the pressure relief scheme at the solid coal side is proposed.Through the monitoring index of microseismic monitoring system,the blasting effect of roof strike before and after pressure relief is analyzed and compared.The results show that the frequency of ground pressure events decreases after blasting,and the daily average number of ground pressure events decreases from 190.05 to 170.5.After blasting,the microseismic energy decreases,and the daily average microseismic energy increases from 1.69×10^(6)J/d,reduced to 9.32×10^(5)J/d.The frequency and energy release of ground pressure events decreased significantly after the roof strike blasting,and good pressure relief effect was achieved.
