摘  要:目前我国煤矿瓦斯预抽效果欠佳,其主要原因之一是瓦斯预抽钻孔的封孔质量差。膨胀应力大的封孔材料其内部结构必然致密,而且可以避免封孔材料本体与钻孔壁之间产生空隙,还可以对钻孔围岩产生支撑作用,抑制钻孔围岩裂隙的产生。通过分析封孔材料的约束状态开发了封孔材料膨胀应力测定试验的新方法。利用新开发的试验方法测定了龄期、水灰比、材料尺寸和矿渣硅酸盐水泥(PSA)等对高水材料型封孔材料膨胀应力的影响。结果表明:高水材料型封孔材料的膨胀应力随龄期的延长而增大并在一定龄期达到稳定;水灰比越小,封孔材料的膨胀应力越大;尺寸越大,封孔材料的膨胀应力也越大;掺入PSA导致封孔材料的膨胀应力降低。The effect of gas drainage is not good in China′s coal mines at present.One of the main reasons is the poor sealing quality of gas drainage boreholes.The internal structure of the sealing material with large expansion stress must be compact,which can avoid the gap between the sealing material body and the borehole wall,support the surrounding rock of the borehole,and inhibit the generation of cracks in the surrounding rock of the borehole.By analyzing the constraint state of the sealing material,a new method for measuring the expansion stress of the sealing material is developed.The influence of age,water cement ratio,size and slag Portland cement(PSA)on the expansion stress of high-water-content material type sealing material was measured with the newly developed test method.The results show that the expansion stress of the sealing material increases with the extension of the age and reaches a stable value at a certain age;the smaller the water cement ratio is,the greater the expansion stress of the sealing material;the larger the size,the greater the expansion stress of the sealing material;the addition of PSA leads to the decrease of the expansion stress.
