摘 要:煤矿井下通风系统作为井下最主要的空气交换通道,既保证着井下工作人员的生命安全,又保证着井下采煤工作的顺利进行。主要对煤矿井下风门在不同程度开启程度、风速时的巷道内的通风情况进行建模,结合通风系统的相关理论,通过所得到的速度云图和压力云图对全断面风门对井下通风系统的影响进行分析,得到全断面风门能够对通风系统进行有效的调控,并且能够为今后井下风门的合理布置提供一定的理论基础。Ventilation system is a very important air guarantee link for underground coal mine.The reasonable layout of the ventilation system can bring the underground staff a more comfortable working environment,and the most important thing is to ensure the personal safety of the staff.As the most important ventilation structure,the underground damper can adjust the wind direction and speed in real time.For the coal mine air door in the open position,the different level in different wind speed of roadway ventilation condition was simulated,based on the relevant theory of the ventilation system through the resulting velocity contours and stress nephogram of whole section damper to analyze the influence of mine ventilation system,get the whole section damper can carry on the effective control of the ventilation system,and it can provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable arrangement of the damper in the future.
