摘 要:针对有线随钻测量系统不能适应定向长钻孔钻进的现状,提出了一种泥浆脉冲无线随钻测量系统,研究了复合定向钻进控制技术、侧钻开分支技术和地层判别技术3种关键技术,进行了煤矿井下定向长钻孔钻进技术推广试验,并在龙王沟煤矿和保德煤矿完成4个疏放水孔和1个顺煤层钻孔,其中1D-1疏放水钻孔创造了岩层孔最深记录达1227 m。试验结果表明,在定向长钻孔钻进中无线随钻测量系统信号传输稳定、可靠,岩层中钻进速度最大达4.98 m/h,煤层中钻进速度最大达15.62 m/h,充分验证了煤矿井下泥浆脉冲随钻测量定向技术的高效性。该技术的推广应用可以更好地解决煤矿紧张的采掘接续问题,保障煤矿安全生产。In view of the fact that wired MWD system can′t adapt to directional long drilling,a mud pulse wireless MWD system was proposed.Three key technologies,including compound directional drilling control technology,sidetrack drilling technology and stratum discrimination technology,were studied.The extension test of directional long drilling technology in coal mine was carried out,and one coal seam drilling and four drainage holes were completed in Longwanggou coal mine and Baode coal mine,among which No.1D-1 drainage hole has created the deepest record of 1227 m.The experimental results show that the signal transmission of wireless MWD system is stable and reliable in directional drilling of long borehole,and the maximum drilling speed is 4.98 m/h in rock stratum and 15.62 m/h in coal seam,which fully verifies the high efficiency of mud pulse MWD directional technology in coal mine.The popularization and application of this technology can better solve the problem of tight mining connection in coal mines and ensure the safe production in coal mines.
