摘 要:为对液压支架安全阀在遭受顶板来压时的动态特性进行测试分析,利用蓄能冲击加载原理,将φ200、φ250 mm缸径的立柱与安全阀配套试验研究安全阀在来压冲击过程中的动态特性。结果表明:安全阀在立柱所受冲击载荷增加时,阀内的压力峰值最高超过其公称压力的45%,压力梯度及压力波动范围都有所增加;安全阀公称流量增加,响应灵敏度提高,稳定性增强,稳定压力由52 MPa降至44 MPa;立柱工作行程伸长160~350 mm,压力波动值有1.6~4.9 MPa不同程度的减小。In order to test and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the safety valve of the hydraulic support when it is subjected to the impact of the top plate,using the principle of energy storage impact loading,theφ200 mm andφ250 mm cylinder diameter columns and the safety valve are matched to test and study the safety valve in the process of pressure impact.Dynamic characteristics.The results show that when the impact load of the safety valve on the column increases,the peak pressure in the valve exceeds 45%of its nominal pressure,and the pressure gradient and pressure fluctuation range are increased;the nominal flow rate of the safety valve increases,and the response sensitivity is improved,and it is stable.The stable pressure is reduced from 52 MPa to 44 MPa;the working stroke of the column is extended from 160 mm to 350 mm,and the pressure fluctuation value is reduced to varying degrees from 1.6 MPa to 4.9 MPa.
