摘 要:目的:探讨唑来膦酸注射液治疗绝经后骨质疏松的效果及对血清白介素-6(IL-6)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)表达的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将厦门大学附属中山医院2019年4月-2020年7月收治的60例绝经后骨质疏松患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组给予骨化三醇治疗,观察组给予唑来膦酸治疗。观察两组骨密度、炎症因子水平、骨代谢指标及激素水平。结果:治疗后,观察组腰椎L;、股骨颈、股骨粗隆骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-6低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)、β-胶原降1产物测定(β-CTX)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IGF-1水平高于对照组,瘦素(Leptin)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:唑来膦酸注射液通过调节绝经后骨质疏松患者炎症因子水平和激素水平,增加其骨密度,改善骨代谢,从而促进骨生长。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Zoledronic Acid Injection in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis and its effect on the expression of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1).Method:According to the random number table method,60 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from April 2019 to July 2020 were divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases in each group,and the control group was given Calcitriol treatment,the observation group was given Zoledronic Acid treatment.The bone mineral density,inflammatory factor levels,bone metabolism indicators and hormone levels in the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the bone mineral density of lumbar spine L;,femoral neck and tuberosity of the observation group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and IL-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the levels of bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),osteocalcin(BGP)and β-collagen 1 lowering product(β-CTX)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the level of IGF-1 in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and Leptin was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zoledronic Acid Injection can increase bone density,improve bone metabolism,and promote bone growth by regulating the levels of inflammatory factors and hormones in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.
